About
The mission of Amanda Martocchio Architecture (AMA) is to design environments that enhance people’s lives and inspire a feeling of wellness.
Whether we are designing a new build or modifying an existing structure, we create an architecture that responds to its surroundings, and interior spaces that are filled with warmth and natural light. Our collaborative and iterative process results in an optimal design solution that responds to our clients’ personal aesthetic, and meets their functional and budgetary criteria. As architects, we see our broader role as one of protecting the earth’s resources and reducing our carbon footprint.
AMA’s work has been honored and published frequently, earning multiple design awards, including LEED certification, The American Institute of Architect’s 2023 Connecticut Women in Architecture Award, and the 2011 Connecticut Emerging Architectural Firm Award.
