Lincoln Center Triplex

The renovation of this small apartment simplifies the eccentrically shaped spaces and opens the three-tiered space to a single large window. Artificial lighting, well organized storage, and limited materials create a bright and uncluttered interior. The environment reflects the homeowners: the details and finish of the built-in millwork complements their mid-century Danish furnishings. A special painting provides a focal point and helps organize the spatial composition.
